Mizanplus Gıda Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Mizanplus” or “Company”), we must offer our products and services in the best possible way. In this respect, we would like to inform you within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) regarding your personal data we have obtained a data controller.
Although your personal data may vary in relation to the product, service, or commercial activity offered by Mizanplus, it is processed by Mizanplus in order to ensure that the products and services are provided in the best possible way.
Your general or special personal data such as your name, identity and contact information, transaction security data, payment data regarding your orders, visual data, and audio data;
Presenting our products and/or services through various channels (call center, website, live chat, mobile application, etc.) and during your visit to our Company’s branches and franchises,
Managing the receiving, cancellation, and fulfillment of orders,

Your collected personal data, for the purposes described in Article 2 of this Information Text, limited to the reason that requires it to be transferred within the scope of the Law and related regulations, may be sent to the information technology service providers, agencies, call center, companies we cooperate with, to the lawyers we get consultancy from, official institutions and organizations, maintenance, solution, and business partners.
Your personal data can be sent directly or verbally for the purposes mentioned earlier, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law and in accordance with the performance of the contract specified in the 2nd paragraph of Article 5 of the Law, fulfilling the legal obligation, foreseeing it in the law, the legitimate interest of the data controller and limited for these reasons. from the information transmitted by you in verbal and writing, telephone, e-mail, etc. It is collected automatically or non-automatically from information transmitted through channels, through our website, social media platforms, and call centers, our branches and franchises, from official institutions and organizations (Consumer Arbitration Committee, etc.), applications and software used within the scope of company activities and camera recordings, and business partners from whom support services are received.
To learn whether your personal data is processed within the scope of the law, and to request information about it if it is; learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used by us in accordance with these purposes, learning the third parties to which it is transferred, in the country or abroad; to request a correction in case of incomplete or incorrect processing; to request that it be deleted or destroyed or anonymized in the event that the reasons for its processing disappear; in such cases or in case of correction, to request that these be notified to third parties to whom data is transferred; If you think that a result against you has arisen by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, to object to this situation, to demand compensation for the damage if you suffer a loss due to unlawful processing; We would like to remind you that you also have rights.
Within the scope of the Law, you can submit your applications regarding your personal data;

In accordance with Article 13 of the Law, the Company will conclude the application requests free of charge, depending on the nature of the request, and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. In case of rejection of the request, the reason(s) for the rejection shall be justified in writing or electronically. If the transaction requires cost, the tariff determined by the KVK Board will be applied.
